"Hi guys, thanks for visiting our profile! Josh and I are really excited to have your support on this epic adventure. About us... Well, we are both currently in our final year of study at the University of Waikato. We are both studying earth science, I am also studying physics. We have always had an adventurous spirit and the competitive nature of being twins only seems to spur this on! We have had recent exploration success, sending a helium balloon with a photographic payload to the outer limits of our atmosphere. This remains to be one of our greatest achievements! We both enjoy an active and giving lifestyle. Josh and I are keen trail runners, trampers, mountain bikers and social 'sporters'. I also have attained a brown belt in karate, and am currently working towards my black belt. Josh also enjoys volunteering his time as a watch assistant on board the Spirit of New Zealand for youth development voyages. In general we are pretty average folk, and that is the name of our game, "ordinary doing the extraordinary". We aim to show the youth and all demographics of NZ that with a dream, passion and plenty of hard work , you really can achieve anything!
